We realize that installing software can be intimidating for some people. So we offer onsite assistance to make the process easy. Our staff can help you load the software and install a data file that is ready for you to use, without having to go through the complicated setup questionnaire.

Customization
All pre-packaged accounting software is designed to work for any type of business. But what the software programmers think you might need and what you really need are often quite different.
Using general accounting practices and guidelines followed by the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA), we can create a detailed Chart of Accounts that will serve your company's needs as well as your CPA's needs at tax time. We can also customize your Invoices, Statements, Inventory, and other features to best suit your needs.

Training
Everyone learns differently. That's why we offer several training options to suit your needs.
Using a one-on-one approach, we teach you the tools and shortcuts to navigate QuickBooks® at your pace. We put you in front of the computer to work on the areas that are most important to you. This option is perfect for both the beginner and intermediate user. Recommended session length is 2 hours.
We also offer small group sessions. This is a seminar style course best suited for up to 4 participants. We tailor the sessions to a specific area of QuickBooks® to allow each participant the opportunity to have hands-on computer time. Recommended session length is 2-3 hours.
For those who feel they don't have the time or money for training, we offer to loan out a copy of the CD Tutorial "Mastering QuickBooks®". This CD is a very basic overview of the software that is designed for beginners. The lessons can be covered at your own pace and does not require owning QuickBooks® in order to use it. After completing the CD, we do recommend a one hour session to answer questions you may have.

Our staff is available to provide ongoing help and support when you have questions. If your problem is more involved, we can provide remote assistance or schedule a time for us to come out and work with you onsite (hourly rates apply to onsite support).
