What services are included?

Your business is unique, so we evaluate your needs to see how our services can provide the best solutions to reduce the amount of time you and your staff spend on bookkeeping tasks.  Our services can include:

How do I get my company information to you?

Most information can be faxed or scanned to our office for processing.  You can also grant user permission to your online banking access, to allow us to gather statements & transaction information without you having to send it.  Clients with large amounts of data to forward can purchase a desktop scanner, which would link to a secure file that is shared with our office.
 

 
How do you access my QuickBooks data?

If you use QuickBooks Desktop Software (Simple Start, Pro, Premier, Enterprise), we will setup a remote access connection that is double password protected.  Clients that are not using QuickBooks daily for invoicing or other “hands on” activities, have the option to transfer the data file to our offices, or we can setup your data file within QBox so that the infomation is shared between you and our staff.

If you use QuickBooks Online Edition, we will have you create a User ID for us. 

 
Currently, we do not have remote access software that can connect a Mac to PC.  To provide bookkeeping services, you would need to save a backup file that has been converted to PC (a feature in the Utilities Menu of QuickBooks), and then upload the file to us.
 

 What is the cost?

The cost for our bookkeeping services is based on time at a rate of $90/hour. 

Depending on the complexity of your company’s books, the amount of time spent can range drastically.  We have some clients that we spend 1-2 hours per month updating, and other that we spend 20 hours per week processing.  We are happy to provide a free consultation to determine your needs and provide you with an estimate.
